Fluid ounces or weight ounces?
Recipes use "ounces" for both. Fluid ounces measure volume: 8 fl oz = 1 cup of anything. Ounces by weight depend on the ingredient: 8 oz of flour is 1.81 cups, 8 oz of sugar is 1.13 cups. For weight, set "From" to Ounces (oz) above and pick the ingredient.
